Chaudron d'Or Vacherin

Chaudron d’Or Vacherin is seasonal specialty from the alps of Switzerland. Made from cow’s milk produced in the fall and winter months, Chaudron d’Or Vacherin is ripened on spruce wood planks for up to 60 days, giving it a woodsy flavor.

This cherished cheese is best enjoyed like fondue: top it with garlic cloves, and bake until the interior is melty. Serve with bread, charcuterie, and cornichons.
