Description
This paprika is made with peppers grown in the La Vera region of Spain that are dried slowly over oak logs and turned by hand for twelve to fifteen days until they are dried to perfection. The result is the perfect balance of smoky and sweet, adding color and complex flavor to soups, stews, bean dishes, macaroni and cheese, and, of course, good old fashioned deviled eggs!
