This dish only requires 4 ingredients, but is packed with flavors from tart cherries infused with Port and cardamom, robust Gorgonzola Piccante, and peppery arugula. Whether you’re entertaining a crowd or craving a cozy family night in, this pizza promises to tantalize your taste buds and elevate any occasion.

Tart Cherry Gorgonzola Pizza

Bright tart cherry, rich Port, and aromatic cardamom complement the sharpness of Gorgonzola Piccante in this flavor-packed pizza. Top it off with fresh, peppery arugula for a must-try dinner!

  • Preheat oven to 450°F and hold at this temperature for 30-40 minutes. If a pizza stone is available, place on the middle rack and heat with the oven.
  • Stretch the pizza dough to approximately 12” on a floured surface.
  • Spread 3-4 tbsp Blake Hill’s Tart Cherry with Cardamom & Port Jam on your dough.
  • Evenly crumble Gorgonzola Piccante on crust.
  • Bake pizza on the middle rack, or stone, of your oven for 15-18 minutes until crust is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove pizza and let cool for two minutes. Top pizza with a handful of arugula, slice and enjoy!
