Pomella Buffalo Mozzarella is a PDO (Protected designation of origin) Mozarella that follows the traditional Italian methods of production.  What makes this cheese so special is that buffalo milk is much richer than cow’s milk so the center of the ball is very creamy.

Use on pasta, salads, pizza, or enjoy on its own with a drop of extra virgin olive oil and crusty bread.
