Murcia al Vino
is made from the milk of Murcian Goats raised in southeastern Spain. This unique cheese, also known as “Drunken Goat” is cured in Doble Pasta — a regional red wine. During ripening, the cheeses are bathed in red wine twice, giving the rind its characteristic reddish-purple color and imparts a strong floral bouquet.
