This honey has a long history of traditional production limited only to the spring and autumn when the flowers are in full bloom and has maintained its authentic D.O. certification since 1992. It is 100% natural and packaged in traditional Spanish ceramic jars in order to prevent changes to the honey by humidity and light and in order to maintain all of the its nutritional properties and flavor.
