This is a GREAT extra virgin for everything, grilled meats, pasta, risotto, potatoes, Risotto with Porcini, truffle fries at home (use a high heat oil for frying, and this extra virgin as a finishing oil sprayed on fries), sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, salt and pepper. This one is to be used sparingly, because a little flavor goes a long way.
