MeatCrafters Raging Brat was created originally for Flying Dog Brewing Company’s annual Local Riot event. This new bratwurst is made with Belgian-Style IPA, all natural Duroc pork and fresh ginger, coriander, and grapefruit zest to accentuate both the flavor of the beer and the sweetness of the pork. MeatCrafters produces their meats locally in Landover, MD.
