Le Roule Cranberry
Easily recognizable due to its distinct swirl pattern, this hand-rolled cheese log is consistently filled with cranberries producing a sweet, tangy combination. Made with pasteurized cow’s milk, this delicious dessert cheese was originated by Laiteries Triballat during the 1980’s. Le Roulé with Cranberry’s creamy, smooth and spreadable texture is escorted by a natural, edible, white rind. This artisan French fromage is considered to be a fresh soft cheese, lending its hand to an endless number of ways to enjoy.
