Lamb Chopper is a gouda-style, sheeps-milk cheese made in Holland exclusively for Cypress Grove. A little smoother and creamier than it’s sister, Midnight Moon, it is buttery in both color and flavor with a smooth and firm texture making it a fantastic table or cooking cheese.
The first thing you’ll notice is the label. You can’t help but sing “Born To Be Wild” when you see the amusing illustration of a lamb riding a Harley.
