Description
Crozier Blue is a sister cheese of Cashel Blue, and is made in the same production facility. The same cheese molds are used to shape both kinds of cheese. It’s similar to Roquefort in taste, creamy and crumbly, and a little peppery. It’s good in quiches or stirred into a risotto (with mushrooms or broccoli or bacon… or all three), or on a pizza, or just simply, with a pear.
