La Boulangerie uses Marin French Cheese’s brie to craft this Baked Brie en Croute, wrapped snugly in crispy, flaky, savory pastry dough. Just bake at 400°F (a toaster oven will work, too!) for about 20-25 minutes until the pastry bronzes, then serve with a sharp knife and a pile of napkins and watch it disappear. We love this paired with fresh tart fruit like green apples or Asian pears, or with a sweet fruit jam.
