Barber’s 1833 Vintage Reserve Cheddar
is a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) cheddar produced by the Barber family in England. It is made using the finest West Country milk and traditional starter cultures for which the family are the sole guardians. During it’s 24 month aging process this cheese develops rich, intense flavor, and a smooth, creamy, and crunchy texture. Only when one of the Barber family judges it to be outstanding does it leave the farm as 1833. You will not find a better, more authentic cheddar anywhere in the world.
