Made in Modena, Italy, the Ariston 4-Leaf Organic Apple Balsamic Vinegar is sweet with a light pungency and an extremely thick consistency. Made from 25 year old balsamic vinegar, infused with apples. Tasting notes of raisins, plum, and some smoothness from Oak Barrels.
