Rosemary & Olive Oil Asiago

Hand-rubbed with rosemary and olive oil, Rosemary & Olive Oil Asiago tastes like a cross between Parmesan and sharp white Cheddar. The pronounced herbal notes from the rosemary complement the mellow grassiness of the Asagio. Pair it with savory crackers and a nice Chardonnay for a delicious treat before dinner or for enjoying with friends on your deck.

Le Carre du Berry

This is what a beautiful cheese looks like.  A lovely square (“carre”) of white, goaty goodness, Le Carre du Berry would be the perfect focal point for your cheeseboard or a very welcome hostess gift (along with a fresh baguette).
Lavishly smothered with fresh herbs de Provence, pink peppercorns, and juniper berries, this young chèvre develops an intriguing floral flavor as the cheese and herbs age, creating the perfect complement to the creamy goat cheese. The creaminess is the result of the exceptionally rich milk of goats that graze in the lush Loire valley of France. What a delicious bouquet of flavors!

Rosemary Manchego

Although not technically a Manchego because of the addition of rosemary, this Manchego-style cheese is a proven crowd pleaser.  Created from the milk of Manchega sheep, this aged cheese has complex woodsy herbal undertones thanks to the rosemary.  During the aging process, the cheese absorbs the rosemary flavors for an extra layer of flavor. You’re gonna love it!
The cheese looks great on a cheeseboard.  And the herbaceous flavor will cause it to disappear quickly.
