Truffleist Mustard is infused with pieces of Black Summer Truffles from Northern Italy.  Created in partnership with A. Bauer’s—established 1888 in Queens, NY—it is delicious on bratwurst or sandwiches, used in a vinaigrette or on your favorite charcuterie plate.  The mustard is very creamy and great on grilled meats.

• Whisk into dressings and marinades
• Combine with maple syrup for a quick sauce or glaze for pork chops or Truffle Brats
• Delicious paired with Mortadella and Provolone on bread
