Snowdonia Ruby Mist Cheese is a more recent addition to the Snowdonia family.  Beneath its rich purple wax is a sophisticated, silky smooth mature cheddar with hints of Port and Brandy.   It is handcrafted in beautiful North Wales surrounded by mountains, lakes, and valleys.
