Rosey Goat is a mild goat’s milk cheese from the Castilla la Mancha region of Spain and is covered in fragrant rosemary.  Mild in flavor, with a subtle tang and strong flavors and aromas of the rosemary.

Look:  White paste covered in a crust of rosemary
Smell: Fragrant rosemary, fresh goat cream
Taste:  Mild, creamy, slight mellow goat tang, herbal
Pairs well with:  Full-bodied red wines, Sauvignon Blanc
Tastes good with: Olives, Marcona almonds, rustic bread, tapas
