Look: Small rounds shipped in cupcake holders, each with a supple coating of mold
Feel: Interior is a flaky paste with a runny, creamy texture towards the rind
Smell: Sweet straw and seeded bread loaves
Taste: Very mild and lightly tangy with a honey-like sweetness
Pairs well with: Sauternes, Prosecco, Moscato d’Asti
Tastes good with:  Drizzle with honey
