Bartolini Farro Soup Mix cooks quickly allowing for a nutritious soup in a minimum of time. This mix includes pearled spelt (farro) 31%, pearled barley, split green peas, beans, azuki green beans, and red azuki beans.

Cooking instructions

The package directions include a recipe with a small portion of veal (other meat can be substituted), plus tomatoes, olive oil, onion, celery, carrot, and beef or vegetable stock. While the package directions indicate the beans soup mix can be ready in 30 minutes, we think you should plan on one hour!
