About the Producer

Neuhaus began in Brussels in 1857 and holds a defining place in Belgian chocolate history. Jean Neuhaus Jr. invented the Belgian praline in 1912, enclosing a soft filling inside a chocolate shell, and the house has continued to craft pralines and truffles in Belgium ever since. Neuhaus is also a warrant holder to the Belgian Royal Court and is known for natural ingredients, palm-oil-free recipes, and carefully sourced cacao.
