Big Woods Blue Butter
Makes 8 servings
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup Big Woods Blue Cheese
- In a small bowl, mash butter and blue cheese until thoroughly combined. Shape mixture into a cylinder, and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm.
- To serve, cut blue butter into 8 slices; place on top of grilled meat of your choice and allow to melt.
