Build your grilled cheese by spreading the Chèvre and Blake Hill Preserves Blueberry & Thyme Jam on bread. Add desired amount of arugula and then sandwich both slices of bread together.
Once assembled, spread mayonnaise on both slices of bread (the outside of the sandwich). This step will give your sandwich a delectable, golden crust.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add half of the butter.
Once the butter is melted, place the sandwich in the skillet.
Cook until the underside is golden brown then carefully flip your sandwich and add remaining butter to the skillet.
