Grilled Cheese with Blueberry & Thyme Jam

This innovative take on grilled cheese combines tangy goat cheese with a sweet and herbaceous Blueberry & Thyme jam.

  • Build your grilled cheese by spreading the Chèvre and Blake Hill Preserves Blueberry & Thyme Jam on bread. Add desired amount of arugula and then sandwich both slices of bread together.
  • Once assembled, spread mayonnaise on both slices of bread (the outside of the sandwich). This step will give your sandwich a delectable, golden crust.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add half of the butter.
  • Once the butter is melted, place the sandwich in the skillet.
  • Cook until the underside is golden brown then carefully flip your sandwich and add remaining butter to the skillet.
  • Cook until the second side shows a golden color.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
