Tart Cherry Gorgonzola Pizza
Bright tart cherry, rich Port, and aromatic cardamom complement the sharpness of Gorgonzola Piccante in this flavor-packed pizza. Top it off with fresh, peppery arugula for a must-try dinner!

Gorgonzola Piccante, crumbled

Blake Hill Preserves Tart Cherry with Cardamom & Port Jam
Fresh arugula, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F and hold at this temperature for 30-40 minutes. If a pizza stone is available, place on the middle rack and heat with the oven.
Stretch the pizza dough to approximately 12” on a floured surface.
Spread 3-4 tbsp Blake Hill’s Tart Cherry with Cardamom & Port Jam on your dough.
Evenly crumble Gorgonzola Piccante on crust.
Bake pizza on the middle rack, or stone, of your oven for 15-18 minutes until crust is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
Remove pizza and let cool for two minutes. Top pizza with a handful of arugula, slice and enjoy!
