This combination of chocolate and cherries is magical. The cherries are dye free and macerated in sugar and a local liqueur for one month to candy them, as per a secret family recipe. They are then hand dipped in luxurious dark chocolate to create a wickedly delicious treat with a kick. As the cherries are dye free, they are white. This is a collaboration of a talented family of handcrafted fruit products and another family of expert chocolatiers, both of whose recipes have been handed down for three generations.
