A cousin to Cuoricini, Italian Harvest Marella Le Rose Pasta will expand greatly, and taste like a dumpling or ravioli in your mouth. A versatile shape, they will go with most sauces.
To prepare, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 11 minutes or until al dente. Prepare sauce of choice in a saute pan and using a slotted spoon, transfer pasta to the saute pan and coat evenly. Serve immediately.
