Brooklyn Cured Lamb and Pork Salami with Za’atar is inspired by Mediterranean flavors. Za’atar is a seasoning blend of sumac, thyme, and sesame that compliments grilled lamb, so we thought it would be cool to use it in a salami. We add a bit of cane cola for a hint of sweetness and barky herbaceous-ness that plays well with lamb.
What Makes Us Different: Our meats are Pastured Raised with No Antibiotics. There are also No Nitrates in our products.
