This pork salami is inspired by the great beer gardens we’ve visited in Belgium and Germany, where ales are garnished with lemon wedges. We use a citrus-forward belgian ale to give the salami a tangy and malty vibe. Lemon zest and a hint of ginger add brightness to this new American classic.

What Makes Us Different: Our meats are Pastured Raised with No Antibiotics. There are also No Nitrates in our products.
